Getting started – How to activate your USB device

Start software

Once the USB device is connected, this pop-up window should appear.

Double-click on the Login file to launch eBanking.

If this window does not appear automatically, you need to navigate to your Windows Explorer, or Finder if you are using a Mac.

If you are using Windows, open your Windows Explorer, select your USB device and double-click on the Login file to launch eBanking.

Accepting EULA

After the secure eBanking environment has loaded, you will be asked to accept the end-user license agreement.

Click on the checkbox “I agree to the EULA”.

Then click Accept. At this point, there may be an automatic security update.

Welcome

Welcome

In the welcome screen, select your language and click OK.

If you are accessing the internet through a proxy server, you will need to configure your USB device accordingly.

Please enter activation codes A and B.

You will have received them by email and post.
